Thanksgiving/Christmas Dinner - We are offering a traditional turkey dinner for overnight guests on Thursday, November 27th & Thursday, December 25th.

She has gained experience as a culinary professional from the Biltmore Estate's Bistro as well as the Inn on Biltmore Estate, the Broadmoor Hotel (a 5-star, 5-diamond hotel in Colorado Springs), and the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She continues her work at Biltmore Estate's Bistro and is expanding her experience to include working with our local B&Bs.

We require a 50% deposit of the entire reservation amount at the time of booking. In the event of a cancellation, we grant a full refund of the class fee and the cost of the Trolley Tour ticket(s) if you cancel 7 days before the class date. There is no refund of the room deposit, class, and ticket fees if the guest cancels less than 7 days before check-in. The cooking class is subject to minimum and maximum enrollments. If we cancel the class due to minimum enrollment, we will notify each registrant by phone or e-mail.

- Spinach Salad with Strawberries, Shaved Red Onion, Candied Nuts, with a Strawberry Basil Vinaigrette
- Chicken Stuffed with Spinach, Roasted Red Peppers, and White Cheddar over Scallion and White Cheddar Risotto
(Vegetarian option available) - Strawberry White Chocolate Mousse atop a Flourless Chocolate Cake with Strawberry Coulis
