Blake House is a place where you can celebrate special occasions with family and friends. We are here to help you design an event that fits your needs and budget. If you don’t see an Asheville wedding package that matches your needs, we can provide a more comprehensive package list. Call, we have the perfect getaway or event waiting for you.
We offer several indoor and outdoor rental packages ranging in price from $250 – $4300, based on the size of your group. Contact us at blakehouseinn@gmail.com or by phone at 828.681.5227 for a full package list.
Below are a few of our packages:
Dining Room/Patio Individual Rental Rates:
All rates are based on a 4-hour timeframe for the event, including a ceremony and/or reception. Dining Room rental includes tables and chairs only; patio is open.
- 1 Dining Room (table/chair seating for 30 or ceremony seating for 40): $350/4 hours; $50 each additional hour
- 2 Dining Rooms (table/chair seating for 60 or table/chair seating for 30 in one dining room and ceremony seating for 40 in the second dining room): $450/4 hours; $75 each additional hour
- Patio (open): $250/4 hours; $45 each additional hour
- $10 per person for use of china, glassware, flatware, and cloth napkins (inside dining only)
Outdoor Wedding Ceremony Facility Rental: $400 ($450 for June & October Weddings)
- You may rent our Patio and Wedding grass area for your wedding ceremony. The outdoor space can seat up to 150.
- We will provide your seating (for up to 150) for the ceremony. All other equipment and vendors such as music, photographer, minister, decorations, tent rental, etc. is the responsibility of the client.
- The area surrounding the Patio and Wedding grass area has electrical outlets for your rented equipment.
- Ceremonies can be performed between 12:00 pm – 7:00 pm.
Intimate Group (30 guests) Indoor/Outdoor Facility Rental Package: $750 ($850 for June & October Events)
- This package includes indoor seating for dining (tables, chairs, linens, and dishes) for up to 30 people for one event.
- Also included are 30 white folding chairs for the wedding ceremony (either indoors or outdoors).
- Food, music, photographer, minister, decorations, tent rental, etc. are the responsibility of the Client.
- Indoor and outdoor facilities are available for set-up and events from 11:00 am – 10:00 pm.
- Facilities options are:
- Two dining rooms (one for dining and one for dancing/ceremony), Parlor, and front porch, OR
- One dining room for dining, Parlor, front porch, Wedding grass area for ceremony and large stone Patio for dancing. All outdoor equipment must be rented or brought in by the Client(s).
If selecting option 2, it is recommended that you rent a tent in case of inclement weather.
Small Group (60 guests) Indoor Facility Rental Package: $950 ($1100 for June & October Events)
- This package includes indoor seating and dining (tables, chairs, linens, and dishes) for up to 60 people for one event.
- Facilities include use of 2 dining rooms (one with a bar), Parlor, front porch, Wedding grass area and large stone Patio for dancing.
- Food, music, photographer, minister, decorations, etc. are the responsibility of the Client.
- Indoor facilities are available for set-up and events from 11:00 am – 10:00 pm.
- If you will be using the patio, it is recommended that you rent a tent in case of inclement weather.
- Outdoor chair rental for wedding ceremony: white folding chairs – $1.50/each + $60 delivery charge – we will set up and take down chairs.
Medium Group (100 guests) Outdoor Facility Rental Package: $2800 ($3000 for June & October Events)
- This package includes outdoor seating and dining (2 tents (1 – 20X40 & 1 – 20X20 tent), 4 – 8′ banquet tables, 16 – 60″ round tables, up to 200 chairs for dining and wedding ceremony, linens, glassware, flatware, and dishes) for up to 100 people for one event.
- Facilities include use of Parlor, front porch, large and small stone patios, and wedding grass area.
- Food, music, photographer, minister, decorations, etc. are the responsibility of the Client.
- Outdoor facilities are available for set-up and events from 11:00 am – 10:00 pm.
The Whole House Facility Rental Package: $4,000 (January – March); $4,300 (April – December)
- Rent the Inn for an entire weekend (indoor and outdoor facilities plus all 7 guestrooms with sleeping capacity up to 20). You may use the facilities from 3:00 pm Friday – 11:00 am Sunday, including a Friday night rehearsal dinner and/or Saturday wedding & reception.
- We provide your indoor seating and dining items (dishes, glassware, flatware, linens) in our 2 dining rooms (up to 60 people); you bring in or rent anything else you need, including any equipment, tables, chairs, etc for outside.
- We provide an indoor bar in one of our dining rooms.
- Overnight guests receive a full breakfast each morning of their stay plus access to our guest-only Breakfast Room stocked with drinks and snacks.
