Business Travel
The 1847 Blake House Inn Bed & Breakfast offers a comfortable alternative to the chain hotel experience for business travelers in the Asheville area. We offer a variety of amenities designed to meet the needs of our guests who are working away from home. You will be able to come to your home away from home and relax with a snack or beverage in our Parlor or on our covered front porch.
Every guestroom has a TV and DVD player and we keep plenty of movies for our guests to enjoy. Our rooms are richly appointed and decorated with your comfort in mind. All rooms have a desk, ironing board and iron, and hair dryers for your convenience.
The Inn is conveniently located close to everything Asheville has to offer. The Bed and Breakfast is a short 8 minute drive to Asheville Regional Airport and we are happy to arrange taxi services for our guests. If the Mission Hospitals bring you to town, we are located 10 minutes south and 15 minutes south of downtown.

1847 Blake House Inn Bed & Breakfast is the perfect location for an off-site meeting. We can provide several meeting rooms and break-out areas along with lots of off-street parking in a beautiful, serene location.

- 2 large dining rooms with 340 sq. ft of space in each (capacity: 30 each with banquet seating; 40 each with theater seating)

- We can arrange lunch/dinner catering service for your group at no extra charge

Facility Rental Rate
One Dining Room: $250/4 hours; $50/hour for each hour after
Two Dining Rooms: $350/4 hours; $75/hour for each hour after
- One dining room is available from 8 am – 5 pm; second dining room is available from 11 am – 5 pm (when overnight guests are in the house).
- Rent all 6 guestrooms in the main house for 2 or more nights, and get 4 hours of Facility Room Rental for FREE.
- Corporate rate for 4 or more guestrooms of at least 2 nights is 20% off the nightly room rate (Sundays – Thursdays, excluding holidays).
- Hot breakfast included in guestroom rental at 9 am each morning; or continental breakfast available 24 hours a day.
